It’s with great appreciation that I write this letter to showcase the difference you made in my career path. As I had the pleasure of being your student in a master’s level, I was always impressed by your skills and mentorship.

Dr. Gentimis has effective and clear teaching skills that even when complex topics are being taught, are accessible to students of all levels. He went above and beyond to be available for students that want to learn.

In the research field, Dr Thanos is also a great communicator, he is an active member of the research community, regularly presenting at conferences and workshops, besides collaborating with several peers in cutting-edge research. I admire how Dr. Thanos can develop strong connections with peers and more than that, he was able to transmit his network to students. Thanks to Dr. Thanos, I am now heading to a great university for my PhD with one of his former collaborations.

As one of my research advisors, Dr Thanos has helped me to develop my research skills and grow as a scholar.
