In this page i have gathered some R trinkets, i.e. pieces of code written in R that I use all the time. This might prove useful. All the codes are in separate repositories and as long as you download the full folder and run the associations correctly (set file location to source code in R studio) it should just work. Most of them don’t have line by line explanations but I hope most of them are pretty straightforward.
